To complement our offer in the field of manual sorting, we manufacture complete sorting booths. Apart from custom-fit ventilation, Schulz & Berger is now also creating optimum room conditions for people working in exposed areas. Our booths impress customers both in terms of their flexibility and their integration into plant concepts, and with regard to their functionality and ergonomics. This ensures that your employees will be protected well and will be motivated accordingly which, in turn, has a positive effect on sorting results.

Design

Sorting booths are normally installed directly above the storage boxes holding completely sorted waste material, and rest either on existing bunkers or on a mounting structure made of steel. To construct our booths, we rely on a framework of structural steel elements, a floor made of wood or, correspondingly, composite panels for the walls. This enables the sorting booths to meet all requirements applicable to workstations located in a germ-laden environment. These booths are segregated in terms of both energy and air technology.

Their modular design allows the implementation of different types of booths, ranging from very small booths with a few workstations to installations with a large floorspace. To develop suitable concepts, we work in close coordination with our customers, and implement the booths on a turnkey basis and including all installations upon request.

The materials used allow easy and thorough cleaning. In combination with our supply and exhaust air systems, we guarantee the best possible working conditions with a low level of exposure and a balanced climate.
