✅ 1 x light fraction separator LFA-a-M for separating the light fractions from the transport stream
✅ 1 x blow-suction fan
✅ 1 x ES 200-63-2000 high-performance bag filter for cleaning the air volumes from the air classifier process
➕ Complete piping system (transport and extraction lines)
With the successful ‘warm commissioning’, i.e. plant operation with input materials, and the official opening on Global Recycling Day, we can pin another successful project on the US map.
The ultra-modern plant in the Midwest produces

➡️Color-sorted HDPE and PP
Our kidney classifier separates film and other lightweight materials from input streams with a particle size of more than 250 mm, e.g. PET bottles and hard plastic waste.
✔️ A real advantage of our air technology: thanks to its compact design and modular construction, transportation and logistics are much easier, especially for overseas projects like this one ????. For example, the angular bag filter was only assembled on site.
